Hi, I’m Tiffany (she/her), and I help organizations build cultures where people and business are successful.

After more than a decade working across mining, energy, finance, education, and athletics, I’ve seen what happens when workplace culture is treated as an afterthought and what’s possible when it’s treated as the foundation.

My work blends lived experience, formal training, and a deep belief that people matter most. I’ve rewritten policies to reflect real human needs, designed programs that spark lasting change, and facilitated leadership conversations that are equal parts bold, compassionate, and transformative.

I don’t believe in one size fits all. I partner with clients who are ready to roll up their sleeves and do culture differently with curiosity, courage, and a commitment to better.
