I am a professional translator, editor, proof reader, and strategic communicator with a B.A. in translation from the University of Ottawa and over 15 years’ experience working with the Federal Government of Canada. I develop/deliver FSL training, manage small and large scale communication projects, and provide advice to executives on writing standards, plain language, localization, grammar, style, terminology, and all other aspects of communications.
My specialty is general and technical corporate translation from English to French. I believe a good translation should not only be accurate, but also convey the meaning, voice, and intention of the writer.
