I've worked as a content strategist and manager for start-ups and large corporations, but the fundamentals of how I approach storytelling apply anywhere, anytime, and in any industry.
One of the earliest exercises I'll do with you is to have a strategic kick-off session to understand:

All these insights will help me build a rudimentary profile of your ideal customer base. Once I have that knowledge, I'll build a content strategy that aligns core messaging around themes that resonate with your audience. I'll help you tell your story using whatever channels will best support your customer relationships.
