Over two decades I built and lead marketing communications teams in both public and private companies as a CMO and CIO. I’ve brought 15 technology products to global markets. My focus today is helping organisations build effective MarOps (Marketing Operations) processes, from refining the MarTech stack to improving analytics and implementing Artificial Intelligence such as ChatGPT into marketing operations.

There are over 2,000 marketing technology products available. Finding the right mix, getting them to play well together and ensuring they actually work to meet your marketing goals is often more art than science.

With a background in cultural anthropology, I take a human-centric approach to MarTech solutions, helping ensure humans are first and the technology works in favour of the humans. Both in the company and the customer. Including the effective use of analytics and how to know when to go beyond the data. I am also skilled in the areas of change and information management.

My secondary area of work is digital research using netnography to deliver fast, cost-effective insights beyond what clicks, likes and website data can deliver.
