My road to Salesforce development was circuitous. First, a writing degree, then a marketing communications diploma. I since have gained four years of Salesforce experience first as a developer with a Salesforce implementation partner, and then as an independent consultant. While I most enjoy building out complex technical solutions, my communications background puts me in a unique position to understand not just what clients are trying to achieve, but also why it's important and how it fits into their overall business model.

I enjoy working with businesses of all types to help them identify the best ways to use Salesforce to achieve their goals. Whether it's a customer facing community or building out automation for an internal team, it's less about the size of the company or the industry, and more about finding a group of people with clear objectives and the drive to reach them.
