Stefany worked with us in supporting 2 virtual academic conferences in 2021. One was quite a bit larger than the other, but the quality of her support was the same for both – amazing! The organizers and participants deeply appreciated Stefany’s patience, good humour and responsiveness in dealing with the unavoidable technical issues that came from managing online events across multiple time zones with different levels of internet access. Her meticulous attention to detail in preparing the virtual platform (Pheedloop) and ability to troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues allowed for a remarkably smooth experience for presenters and attendees alike – the feedback we received from the attendees was extremely positive. Stefany was also happy to provide simplified training videos of the platform that assisted participants in accessing their sessions, navigating around the site and networking virtually, which were extremely helpful as they were easy to use and understand. The organizing committees of both conferences were very pleased with Stefany’s assistance – we would definitely work with her again in an instant!
