My experience spans over fifteen (15) years of successfully delivering large scale multiple year strategically vital business and digital transformation programs (with multiple concurrent project streams) using both Agile and Waterfall (PMI) best practices managing, and working with, large cross functional business, contractor, and vendor teams. All financial and program/project reporting has been to either a C level executive or Board (often both). I have travelled extensively working throughout North America (US, Canada, Mexico), Europe, Asia and Africa.
