I have also worked as a Lead Course Developer and Instructor at the Canadian Marketing Association, where I contributed to the curriculum of the Chartered Marketer (CM) designation, the most comprehensive marketing skills development program in Canada. I taught courses on digital marketing strategy and management, e-commerce business management, and social media strategy at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies for 8 years. I hold certifications in Google Analytics, Social Marketing, and Advanced Social Advertising.
